After graduating from the University of California, Riverside in 1999, Dai joined a major accounting firm. He was involved in auditing publicly listed and privately held companies in the United States, reporting on US SOX and 10K, and auditing Japanese companies operating in the United States.
He became independent in August 2007. Currently, he continues to work mainly on audit support, business management support, corporate and individual tax matters, and system development.
After graduating from the University of Washington in 2009, Yoshi joined a major Japanese IT venture company that develops, implements, and maintains ERP systems. He participated as a consultant in numerous large-scale ERP implementation projects for publicly listed Japanese companies. In 2017, he was stationed at the Los Angeles branch as the head of the overseas expansion consulting division, overseeing multiple ERP development, implementation, and maintenance projects in the United States.
Following the withdrawal of their US business, he joined TOPC as an external consultant since 2018 and subsequently became an official member.
Currently, he serves as the head of the accounting division, mainly focusing on accounting-related operations and system improvement consulting.
