For twenty years, Dai has provided a variety of audit, attest, due diligence and tax services to public and private companies with international operations. During his career, he has gained expertise in various specialized accounting essential to manufacturing and high-tech companies, such as cost accounting, revenue recognition, equity transactions, income tax provision, and international taxation. In recent years, he has focused on and provided close attention to small to medium size manufacturing and high-tech companies. Also, he has experience in consolidation of multiple international entities, SEC reporting, internal control documentation preparation, and establishment of corporate policies.
Formerly a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP of Japanese Business Practice in Los Angeles and at Azsa Audit Corporation in Tokyo, Tatsuya practiced auditing for over 30 years in both US and Japan. He has provided consulting services for Japanese multi-national corporations in the US.
